I've a feeling we're just pissing them off and they're going to shortly tear us to sheds but I'm enjoying this so far.

Don't understand that penalty. What was it for?

Franks was in front of the hindmost foot, blocking Irish defenders from charging the scrummie's kick.

Smart tactics Ireland, going at the offside blockers. Well reffed as well.

yep. twice in a row. working well.

But as I said above, how were the offside? They were clearly a foot or so behind the ruck.

Go Thomson. Quick ball and drive between the defenders before they are set

The last 20 mins will see at lest 2 NZ tries.
They won't panic and will win by a couple of tries at least

Yeah, your Number 6 needs his back raked to get him to stop.

And how the hell did those guys stay behind the last feet?

Enz,, you too old to watch rugby, the game is being too fast and complicated these days for your glasses. Maybe having a walk on the sea front would be better. 8)

The ruck had finished the instant the scrumhalf took it out, at which point the player who were all onside at all times, don't have any obligation to get out of the way. Pillars are players who are right on, if not past the hindmost foot of the ruck, stopping defenders coming around...this was not the same.
