Was born with sleep apnoea (apparently common with Pacific Islanders). Luckily was diagnosed early (22 years old) and completely changed my life.

Tell me more about this Cpap machine...?

Strangely though, when I was diagnosed I was 90kg, 185cm, was fit as fuck and had a six pack. Sleep apnoea can be associated with weight, but it is also hereditary and will afflict people regardless of weight. I was unlucky to have been born with a short neck.

I just checked it out... might have to look into that further. I snore like a bastard.
