No I can see through both eyes quite well thank you. Ive read your posts that try and defend the poisonous sectarian scum that go to Windsor park. Ive read your posts that knock any attempts for a new more inclusive idendity for NI. And Ive read thousands of your posts that condemn the actions of Sinn Fein/IRA but will never knock the actions of terrorists on the loyalist side or the British army. I wont get started on your attitude towards the GAA.

Hmmm, you seem to fail to understand what the GAA stands/stood for in NI. I suggest you open the other eye and do a little bit of research.

Also, RE. Windsor park, again, I suggest you open the other eye.

Im glad to see this Mitchell guy enjoyed having the craig singing about burning fenians at Windsor. However for most Catholics this would seem threatening and make them feel unwelcome. Why do you think most Catholic players are choosing to play with Ireland?

To qualify for international championships whilst using sectarian abuse as an excuse is the proper truth.

AFAIK there is an idea as to who fired what, when, mainly as a result of testimony given by the soldiers to the enquiry. That testimony cannot be used in a criminal investigation and once the soldiers invoke their right to silence any investigation is doomed.

Fathers advice, The Sash my Father wore, The Billy Boys, Build my Gallows etc etc. Theyre sung at every home match at Windsor which is why Catholics prefer to support and play for Ireland. Youre welcome

No they aren't, singing sectarian songs at Windsor will lead to a ban from the place, it's why NI fans have won awards for seeking to stop sectarianism.

Oh and it's funny that two sectarian bigots think I'm sectarian and they're not despite their openly sectarian comments and in von Jew basher's case bannings while they can't actually give any proof to back up their claim that I am sectarian.

Now I've got a cousin called Kevin,
He's sure to go to heaven,
Always spotless clean and neat,
The smoothest you can get them,
He's got a fur lined sheepskin jacket,
My ma said they cost a packet,
She won't even let me explain,
That me and Kevin were just not the same.

Oh my perfect cousin
What I like to do he doesn't
He's his family's private joy
His mothers little golden boy

He's gotta degree in economics,
Maths - physics and bionics,
He thinks that I'm a cabbage,
Cos I hate university challenge,
Even at the age of ten,
Smart boy Kevin was a smart boy then,
He always beat me at Subbuteo,
Cos he flicked the kick,
And I didn't know,

Oh my perfect cousin...

His mother bought him a synthesizer,
Got the Human League into advise her,
Now he's making lots of noise,
Playing along with the art school boys,
Girls try to attract his attention,
But what a shame it's in vain total rejection,
He will never be left on the shelf,
Cos Kevin he's in love with himself.

Oh my perfect cousin...

They should have an inquiry into Ballymurphy too.

Francis Quinn (19), shot by a sniper (who had taken position at the nearby army base) while going to the aid of a wounded man.[4]
Hugh Mullan (38), a Catholic priest, shot by a sniper while going to the aid of a wounded man.[4][5]
Joan Connolly (50), shot as she stood opposite the army base.[4][6]
Daniel Teggart (44), was shot fourteen times. Most of the bullets entered his back as he lay injured on the ground.[7][4]
Noel Phillips (20), shot as he stood opposite the army base.[4][8]
Joseph Murphy (41), shot as he stood opposite the army base.[4]
One civilian was shot on 10 August, and another four were shot on 11 August, these were:
Edward Doherty (28), shot while walking along Whiterock Road.[9]
John Laverty (20) and Joseph Corr (43) were shot at separate points at the Top of the Whiterock Road. Laverty was shot twice, once in the back and once in the back of the leg. Corr was shot multiple times and died of his injuries on the 27th of August.[4][10]
John McKerr (49), shot while standing outside the Roman Catholic church, died of his injuries on 20 August.[4][11]
Paddy McCarthy (44) got into a confrontation with a group of soldiers. One of them put an empty gun in his mouth and pulled the trigger. As a result, McCarthy suffered a heart-attack and died shortly thereafter.[12][13]

Take a look around you all is dead
A good look around makes me see red
What have they done to us
Taken all the fun from us
We might as well stay all day in bed

Of course we're right
you know we're right
it's worse than Monday
yes of course we're right
and you know we're right
there's nothing to do on Bloody Sunday

They say the day of rest
ought to be Sunday best
but they do what they can
to make it Sunday worst
the week is weak enough
without a non day

If the Paras has any honour they'd state the actions that they took, clearly and unambiguously. Gutless soldier boys, no doubt suffering from the pangs of guilt.

I really wish the PSNI would stick to recent events, novel initiatives like catching thieves and armed robbers would be a good start.

MrJonno, what annoys me is that while hundreds of millions is pumped into Bloody Sunday enquiries and investigations and now 30 detectives, dozens if not hundreds of other cases from the same period are shut down due to lack of funding and manpower.

13 people died, it was a horrible day for NI and thankfully the dead have now had the accusations against them proved false but thousands of others died during the troubles, why are they undeserving of the same treatment.

I don't think any rational person would distinguish between any innocent victim of the troubles.
The issue with Bloody Sunday is that 13 innocent people were murdered by state forces, by the very people who should have been upholding the law and protecting the innocent.

However I can't see how this will lead to anyone being charged.

CAMPBELL - BLOODY SUNDAY COSTS KEEP GOING UP....
distributed by noodls on 06/07/2012 06:57

DUP East Londonderry MP Gregory Campbell has said the dedication of 30 senior officers to another investigation into Bloody Sunday could run up a bill close to £8m. Mr Campbell also said that if the Army was being investigated following material in Saville then the police should also be looking into the activities of the Deputy First Minister on that day. Commenting Mr Campbell said,
"The wage bill alone for 30 senior officers, support-staff and investigative tools will run close to £8m. This comes on the back of the Saville Inquiry costing almost £200m.
The victims' families of Enniskillen, Kingsmills, Teebane, Dropping Well and Bloody Friday would be content if the 'follow up' £8m was spent investigating all of their atrocities. It is clear from this announcement that there is a hierarchy of victims. Little wonder that some victims feel the death of their loved one was less worthy than that of the people on Bloody Sunday.
If the material contained in the Saville Report is good enough to warrant an investigation of the soldiers, then the police will also note that the Report indicates the Deputy First Minister was 'probably' carrying a sub-machinegun on that day. This must also merit investigation by the police."
