Hey TIT, please post all your golf betting tips in here. Apparently you win every week without fail. I think it is only fair that you allow the rest of your PR brethren to share in your fabulous insight.

I can't wait. I'm already planning how to spend all the money you are going to make me.

Thanks in advance

I won over 600 and my uncle won 2500. Look at my betting posts, always win.

I'll do this with people who are serious and understand the rules.
Will we start with the Nordea Masters?

Ok I take it back. You aren't a twat.

You should help me make money as I need it build a James Bond villain type contraption to take revenge in someone who insulted my friend. I'm torn between Hammerhead Sharks or lasers to the nether regions.

Sounds good enough to me.

Right the way I roll, is I bet on 5 players e/w (no point doing it otherwise).
One will finish in the places and you'll break even at least.

If you have a higher limit than me I can give you 10 players where you're almost certain to get the outright winner.

I have to do my analysis but just looking at the field now its very strong which is odd for this event but I'll be back shortly.
Let me know if you want to go with 5 or 10.

I'll roll with 5, I also have to bet my house on an AB victory so I can afford a new doorbell.

His name is Chris Wood, he played well last week in Wales.

I picked 11 from the field and came up with those 5.

what site is a good one for betting? Also what is e/w? Bet evenly means you bet the same amount on each player?

Boylesports, Paddy Power or Betfred. Look for the best value on each player.

Yeah bet the same amount on each player and bet each way.
So I put 5 down on each player which adds up to 25 but when you bet eachway this has to be doubled to 50.

Absolute disaster, they moved the opening day to a Wednesday due to the US Open.

Anyways 5 under is leading.

Garcia is on -3
Fisher is on -2
Bello is on - 1
Wood is on -1
Larazbel is on -1

So not looking too bad thus far. Couple of the big names making good strides however.

Brendon de Jonge 66/1
Kevin Stadler 80/1
John Merrick 200/1

Rugga, did you place the bets?

9 under is 2nd.

Wood is at 7 under
Garcia is at 6 under
Fisher is at 6 under

So looking decent so far, top 5 should be manageable and break even at least.

I actually went to do it but the NZ TAB didnt have those options. You could only bet on a threeball or somesuch? I think it was a bet on which player in each grouping would shoot the best score. Tried centrebet and same thing.

You should be able to place outright bets on golfers. Thats very odd.

Overthehill, did you bet on Merrick? McIlroy and Harrington got on well too.

You could on the US Open, don't think they have the manpower or expertise to keep up with the European tour. Stick some up for The US Open and I'll have a crack.

Yeah I'll put some up Monday.
In all honesty this has been a bad week for me with the golf.
I wasn't aware that they forwarded the start day to a Wednesday due to the US Open so I got 2 of the players for lower odds than I should have got them.

Backed all three but only at the bookies. I must really open a betfair account and look to lay these bets. Better chance of making money by looking at overpriced golfers at big odds and then laying them off if the price comes in.

Nah just elderly entrants to the competition whose best golf days are behind them but when receiving over a shot a hole are hard to beat - so that is a banana skin dodged.

Stadler finished just outside the money in T11.
Merrick finished 2nd which has seen a very tidy profit come into my account.
